Parade(Hour 2a) Jeff from Pembroke called in to comment on the 2nd day of the Federal Government Shutdown.  “They work for us and they’re not working for us.”  Rich then reported on the decision by Fire Chief Burkush to cancel the Annual Fire Prevention Parade.  Why did he cancel it and does he even have the authority to do so?
