(Hour 2b) The NH Attorney General’s office is not filing charges against Fernando Ornelas. Ornelas was in a car accident in October, 2013 and was taken to the Elliott Hospital where he punched a security guard. Jim Gaudet joined us with details on the case and the AG’s report.
