Ann Marie Banfield had some ear opening observations about the types of questions being asked on the Smarter Balanced Assessment, a parent’s right to refuse their children’s participation and the lobbying activities of Deputy NH Education Commissioner Paul Leather who went to Washington to say the State of NH wanted MORE testing!  Oh My HEAD!
