Standardized Testing Frustration(Hour 3a) The State Department of Education says “there is no opting out for students in the Law.”

Basically, parents have no legal way to opt-out of an assessment if their child is enrolled in a school.

If the student refuses then they will be hit with a zero on the test.  Forced by the law to take the test?

That is what happens when the NH Department of Education makes promises with the Educrats at the US Department of Education.  Washington rules.
