The Derry Town Council meeting was peppered with disruptive behavior, and generally bad form, and included heckling and booing.  Is this meant to be an example of government in action?

Rich also inquires as to whether the fact that, by using a part of the reserve this year, will this mean an automatic tax increase next year?

We will also find out if the loss of one fire station means longer response times.

And finally, are some of these meetings deliberately salted with paid employees who come to further their own agendas?
