Galen Stearns

In this archive, Rich reported on the request for the dog park contract renewal, and then gave us a snapshot of the difference between the ideal government and what we often seem to settle for.

Our host firmly believes that government should be transparent, follow procedure, and by all means include the public in formulating decisions that effect us all.

Does the fact that Galen Sterns, who included pay raises for expired contracts, rise to this standard?  How does this demonstrate value to the taxpayers?

In addition, Manchester will be undergoing approximately eight million worth of construction this summer, which will require bidding out some work.  Will this reveal the most efficient way forward for the Queen City?
