(Hour 2c) Manchester's Health Officer Tim SoucyGuest host Jon DiPietro was joined by Manchester Health Officer Tim Soucy for Public Health and Wellness.  Tim talked to us about the the number one health issue in the state: the raging drug problem.  They shared about prescription drugs, the finances and gave us details about Narcan use.  They spoke about an upcoming blood drive and gave us an update on the guidelines about who can and cannot donate blood.  He also spoke about a change in ranks within the Department of Health & Human Services.
