(Hours 2a,b) RenovationRich talked to us about tonight’s Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen.  He told us about some of the finances within the city and spoke about renovation work.  He talked about state law in the matter concerning tax laws within the renovations.  He spoke about incentivising people to make renovations and brought up some of the inconsistencies behind the way that the city manages this issue.

(Hour 2b) Rich continued with topics from tonight’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting and talked to us about parking issues within the Millyard.  He spoke about the booming state of the Millyard right now and the need for affordable, available parking.  He talked about the transition from parking being an economic development tool to a revenue generator and wondered how this will affect the Millyard.  Tune in to hear more about it.
