(Hours 2a,b) Dr.-Debra-Livingston-Manchester-NHRich spoke to us about the budget in Manchester this morning.  He informed us of the need for a budget cut within the Manchester School District to meet the tax cap.  He spoke about tax rates, spending cap, non-tax revenue and more.  He played a clip from Manchester Education Association Vice President Maxine Mosley at the Manchester School District’s Board of School Committee meeting.  Finally, we heard about the financial impact of the teacher’s contract on the budget.

(Hour 2b) We continued where we left off in the last segment with another clip, this time from Manchester Education Association President Sue Ellen Hannon.  We heard Rich’s commentary concerning what was said throughout the duration of the clip.  We heard more about the impact of the teacher’s contract.
