(Hours 1b,3b,c) Ed NaileRich, along with Ed Naile, talked to his listeners about a revaluation in Manchester, which will break the tax cap.  He spoke about an equalization ratio, the change in value for homes and a property tax rate change.

(Hour 3b) As Rich awaited the arrival of Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas, he talked about breaking news concerning former Manchester Police Chief David Mara.  He then revisited the city revaluation issue, dealing with a tax increase, and spoke about government process.

(Hour 3c) Rich shared his thoughts about the way that the aldermen are planning on making this change.  He talked about the amount that taxes will be increased in the city and he explained why the tax cap must be overridden for this to take place.
