(Hours 2a,b) Rich spoke about the budget problems that are being experienced within the Granite State, and especially within the Queen City.  He shared about the proposed contracts and his thoughts about retroactive contracts.  Finally, he talked about the high cost of insurance benefits in the city and commented on issues in surrounding areas.  Tune in to hear all about it.

(Hour 2b) Rich spoke about the proposition to close one of Manchester’s high schools.  He shared about the plan that Art Beaudry brought forward in the past, the shrinking number of students within Manchester’s schools and her subsequent financial situation.
