(Hour 2b) Rich talked to Mike Bistany of EFX Fitness for Fitness Effects.  Mike talked about some of the different types of training, honing on group training.  He commented on dealing with physical issues and shared about some clients who were taken out of group training.  Finally, he told the listeners how to get the results that they want and explained the importance of having a food journal.
