(Hours 1a,b) Rich started the hour by talking about the internet issues that kicked the show off of the air for some time last Friday.  This got him thinking about the changing world and our reliability on current technology.  He reminded people about how things used to be, before discussing this morning’s show schedule.  He then took a call from Eric in Manchester, who asked about the future of the brick and mortar stores.
