(Hours 1b,c) Rich talked to the listeners about May Day, giving a historical background on today’s holiday, and spoke about the labor movement, sharing about it’s impact on businesses such as the once-globally recognized Amoskeag Manufacturing Company.  He talked about the teacher’s pay raise, expectations from May Day, risks of organized labor and more.

(Hour 1c) After informing the listeners about a change to the school day in Goffstown and New Boston, Rich was joined by Eva Castillo-Turgeon for The Ins and Outs of Immigration.  They discussed what the refugee and immigrant community is doing for May Day and they debated about whether or not they are eligible for Constitutional rights.  Finally, they spoke about the direction of the law, the vilification of President Donald Trump and the responsibility of those who enter the country illegally.
