(Hours 3b,c) Rich spoke about the Racial Wealth Audit for The New, New Reality: Valuing Differences.  He read about the attempts to reduce the wealth gap through policies, providing commentary to inform the listeners what he thought about it.  He also discussed the push to tax the wealthy because they’re white and send the funds to minorities.  Listen for the details!

(Hour 3c) Rich informed the listeners about John Hale, who was one of the first Senators to make a stand against slavery.  He pointed out the differences between how President Thomas Jefferson is depicted in modern day culture and how his life took shape in reality.  He then gave the listeners a history lesson about the Free Soil Party and shared his criticisms towards the proposed racial wealth gap policies.
