(Hour 2b) Rich started by discussing a public official’s call for the public to throw rocks at police officers.  He then talked about the teacher union, the police union and the fire union’s contracts.  He discussed the fire union’s claims that they should be paid the same as the police union and pointed out a potential breech in the tax cap.
