(folks have asked me to keep my snarky comments out of this blog. You folks are idiots if you think these people can actually teach math. And I’ll leave it at that.)April 18, 2018 at 7:22 pm #63825
Lavallee- Personnel Committee- blah, blah, blah…… would be nice to have some one from the outside present to keep it above ground (yes, so will you ask your neighbor/friend, and your god child to reapply and go through this now, Ms. Lavallee?)
Mooney sees a need for this as this school is growing by leaps and bounds. (hello? We’ve been at 315 for 2 yrs now. We’re not growing, we are Stagnant. Dead in the Water. Sinking fast.)April 18, 2018 at 7:27 pm #63826
Mercier- Policies- Wants to add first 3 to consent agenda for May. Wants Mrs. Sanville to send her suggestions to Mercier.
Best thinks that the Points Sanville raised about Confidentiality and Ferpa are valid and need to clear it up.
Mercier wants to send this back to the Board, and say “we can have a discussion over email if we want.” (Holy Heck – have these idiots never heard of the Right to Know law? RSA 91-a, folks. And the second you have an email discussion, I’ll be requesting ALL your emails under 91-a.)April 18, 2018 at 7:30 pm #63827
Gaumont – Teacher’s Report- see the Agenda.
Faculty Report 4/21/18
On March 30th, Dean Mooney, Mrs. Humphrey and the History department met with David Alcox at Milford High School. Mr. Alcox is one of the premier history teachers in the state of New Hampshire and utilized the “We The People” program to teach Civics at the high school level.
The history department enjoyed lunch at the student run restaurant, visiting Mr. Alcox’s classroom and discussing the We The People program with students.
With the proposed changes to scope and sequence of history classes, this was a beneficial experience. Mr. Gaumont and Mr. Kline will attend the accompanying professional development seminar this summer to get additional training.
That morning, the staff had training from the MPD on active shooter situations. Staff has expressed that they appreciated the opportunity to do hands on training with some of the strategies presented.April 18, 2018 at 7:31 pm #63828

So, get this, the Board just adjourned, and now is going into another room to meet with counsel. However, they refuse to take a vote as required by law. They say they don’t need to. Un…..believable.April 19, 2018 at 2:28 pm #63830
