(Hours 3b,c) Andrew SmithRich spoke to Andrew Smith, who is the Disproportionate Minority Contact coordinator.  They spoke about what Disproportionate Minority Contact is and why it is an issue that needs to be brought to the table.  He talked about the factor of perception in the issue and they discussed police reports within the Queen City.
