Jeff Czarnec
Dr. Jeff Czarnec has a PhD in Leadership Studies (focusing on Cultural Criminology). Czarnec served twenty-three years with the Manchester Police Department. From 1979 until 2002, Czarnec served in a number of capacities, including: Juvenile Investigator, Street Crime/Special Investigations Unit, Crime Prevention/PR Specialist, and Elder Crimes Investigator/Senior Services Unit. Czarnec also co-founded Friends in Blue, and founded the Manchester Police Athletic League.
