(Hours 2b,3a) Rich talked to us this morning about issues within the Manchester School Board.  He spoke about his run for School Board and allegations of corruption against him.  He shared accusations towards him from Superintendent Debra Livingston and commented on some of his goals for his radio show.  He then took a call from Jon in Manchester, who shared his distaste in the immaturity found within government.
