On Tuesday, members of the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit and the Mobile Enforcement Team, along with members of Homeland Security Investigations and the Manchester Police Department-Special Investigations Unit, concluded a four-month investigation into illicit drug trafficking in and around the city of Manchester.  As a result, an arrest warrant was executed on thirty four year old Kory Almand of Manchester.   Almand was charged with one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute the Controlled Drug Fentanyl, three counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug Fentanyl, one count of felon in possession of a firearm...
