In the third hour, Rich is joined by Director of Manchester Community Planning and Development Leon Lafreniere to discuss the proposed revision to the Zoning Ordinance of the proposed Hackett Hill prison complex. Later in the hour, Alan Schaefer of “Network For Educational Opportunity” came in to talk about House Bill 1607 and it’s impact it would have schools and small businesses. |
