Hour Number One

In the first hour, Rich responded to a request from a caller on Friday who asked for Rich’s opinion on the employee contracts with the city’s police unions. After an entire weekend to research the details of the agreements, and analyze what they mean for both the city as well as other unions currently in negotiations, Rich has quite a lot to say about the status of these contracts.  Find out Rich’s official conclusion in this great first hour!
