Chamber Education Survey Results

Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce

Earlier this month, I invited you to take a survey to help the Chamber better understand the local education situation as it relates to the business community, and to determine how the Chamber’s recently formed Education Committee might most appropriately and effectively get involved in local education matters.

The results are now in and I want to share them with you. In all, 244 Chamber members representing an array of industries took the survey, so thank you! In the coming weeks, the Education Committee will analyze the results as it works to develop a mission and a specific program of work.

Thanks also to those of you who expressed interest in joining the Education Committee and contributing your time and expertise to improving local education. The Education Committee is scheduled to meet at 9 a.m., Friday, Feb. 8, here at the Chamber office at 54 Hanover St. As with all Chamber committees, membership is open to all Chamber members and their employees. I invite you to join us.

Thank you again for your participation – as the Chamber is a member-focused organization, your feedback is critical and very much appreciated!

Regards,
