(Hour 1c) Elaine Hamel told us about the non-profit Girls at Work. The Executive Director detailed how the organization for at-risk girls that started in a barn in her backyard has grown into a travelling workshop travelling to a backyard near you. Elaine also explained how Girls at Work is really an “All Profit,” because everyone in the community benefits from the work that they do!
