The City of Manchester needs more cops.  Is the existing residency requirement more important than that need?  Why aren’t more people applying for the positions?

Gatsas also discussed the “give and take” negotiations with MHT teachers and other City Unions.

(Hour 3c) Mayor Gatsas addressed the security problems that “Red X” properties are causing for Manchester residents and firemen.  Problems that will be compounded when the winter months arrive.

What to do with “Mount Manchester?”  Gatsas is sold on a solar panel farm that would generate up to 5 megawatts of power.  It won’t become a reality unless grant money is approved.

Also, the latest on contract negotiations with Hooksett, the results of the Wine & Chocolate Fundraiser for the Manchester Animal Shelter and confirmed rumors that more than 13 border children are currently residing in NH.
