Jon DiPietro(Hour 1c) Authentia‘s Jon DiPietro has sold us on the merits of LinkedIn as an essential social media business resource.

Some users are filing a class-action lawsuit against LinkedIn for ruining their job searches.  A premium feature called “reference search” is, apparently, the real culprit.

DiPietro explained the nature of the complaint and how it may be violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Was this situation inevitable considering the phenomenal success of LinkedIn?

Also, the United States ranks 10th in education on an executive sentiment survey.  Is our public school system sufficiently educating America’s kids?
