Rich(Hour 2a) Harriet Cady calls in to talk about HB 646 which was put aside by the legislature yesterday that would affect the public’s access to information that they already pay for.Cady mentions an RSA in order to inform a residents on their right to know what the government does in business in addition to documents.  Later Rich tells residents of Manchester that “You are being held hostage to unions!”  The ongoing dispute over lighting and how a local union seems to be the deciding factor in the fight.
