Gross, an internationally recognized scholar on educational leadership joined Sid today to discuss the need for democratic ethical leadership in the present twisted and turbulent public education environment.  Much of the discussion involved Prof. Gross’s newest publication, Democratic Ethical Educational leadership: Reclaiming School Reform.  Concepts such as “manufactured crisis;”  “the inner sense of responsibility among school administrators;” and the classic paradox, “individuality vs. community” were explored.
