In the wake of the tragic murders in Charlston, SC., Kimberly explained that the victims in this case were obeying the law, in regard to current statutes, but the shooter was not.  Does restricting a citizen’s right to be armed actually make them more likely to be victims?  Does it leave people defenceless?
