(Hours 3a,b,c) To start the third hour, we were joined by former Ambassador Alan Keyes.   He talked about the will of God, the Declaration of Independence, and the freedom that comes from embracing who we are as human beings.

(3b) Rich asked Ambassador Keyes about the moral foundations of our country in the time it was founded and where we can find objective information about the founders’ beliefs.  The Ambassador discussed the meaning of unalienable rights and the human disposition to do what is just.  Later, Rich moved the discussion to the recent events in Iran.

(3c) The Ambassador talked about the meaning of the 9th amendment and later moved on to its relation with the recent Supreme Court ruling.  He questioned and discussed the Supreme Court’s ability to violate the Constitution and impose their will on the people.
