(Hours 3a,b,c) Welfare Commissioner Paul RR MartineauRich gave us a look at some of the voting numbers and told us about the impact that Ward 1 has on the race.  He reminded us about Ron Ludwig’s violation of the Charter.

(Hour 3b) Rich started off by talking to us about the Welfare Commissioner position and why he is voting ‘no’ for the issue today.  He then continued his overview of the candidates who are running today.  Also, Harriet Cady called in to chime in on the race.

(Hour 3c) Rich talked to us more about the Welfare Commissioner before moving on to the other political candidates.  He also talked about responsibility of elected officials.
