Rich spoke to Andrew Smith, Disproportionate Minority Contact Coordinator, for The New, New Reality: Valuing Differences. Andrew informed Rich that younger children need help with the new, new reality and they discussed the statements that were made by Brandon Victor Dixon of Hamiliton fame. They then talked about the vilification of certain groups and the reaction to Dixon’s statements.
