(Hours 2b,c) Rich spoke to State Representative John Burt for Under the Golden Dome.  He started by talking about Senate Bill 10, which deals with dairy farmer relief.  He shared his concerns with the bill, before informing the listeners about House Bill 161.  They then discussed electronic tolling, conversion therapy ban and the fetal homicide bill.
