(Hour 3b) Rich started the segment by reminding the listeners about the debacle that occurred last year when Superintendent Debra Livingston released fake test scores for the Smarter Balanced Assessment and shared about accusations leveled against him concerning his behavior towards Superintendent Livingston.  He then transitioned to present day issues, commenting on how Committee member John Avard treated Superintendent Bolgen Vargas at last night’s meeting.  “I was truly astounded by the level of hostility that Avard aimed at Vargas,” he expressed.  He then shared about Avard’s suggestion for Manchester’s redistricting problem.  Tune in to hear more.
