Earl Metzler

(Hours 2a,b) Rich talked about Donna Green’s concern regarding the hiring of an elected official in SAU 55.  He spoke about correspondence between himself and Superintendent Earl Metzler, in which he was unable to acquire sufficient information about the individual’s qualifications.  He then compared this situation with the vetting process that lead to the hiring of Dr. Bolgen Vargas as the Superintendent of the Manchester School District and shared about conflicts with the Right to Know law.
