(Hours 1c,2a) Guest hosts Dr. Jeff Czarnec and DJ Dave talked to retired officer Jim Gaudet for Public Safety This Week.  Jim addressed the controversy surrounding the city solicitor’s handling of domestic violence prosecutions.  They criticized the handling of the cases, displayed some of the difficulties in dealing with domestic disputes and more.

(Hour 2a) The Doctor, DJ Dave and Jim talked about Peter Bartlett’s replacement as the Hooksett Police Chief, before continuing in their discussion about domestic dispute cases.  They spoke about the increased attention on the City Solicitor’s office and shared about what the impact will be on domestic dispute cases in the courtroom in the near future as a result.  They then took a call from Alderman Patrick Long, who was wondering about the statute of limitations for misdemeanors.  Tune in to hear all about it!
