Caroline has been a Registered Nurse for 27 years, most of which has been in the skin care industry managing medical teams while serving as a director for wound care and hyperbaric centers.
Caroline has practiced nursing and provided leadership in a wide variety of settings such as Hospital, Long Term Care, Hospice, and Neuro Rehabilitation.
