Mayoral Debates are needed to prevent “Soundbite Campaign”

MANCHESTER, NH  July 26, 2021–Manchester Republican mayoral candidate Richard Girard released a letter he sent to Mayor Joyce Craig and Victoria Sullivan suggesting several media sponsored debates, today.  Girard also copied numerous reporters at various media outlets encouraging them to arrange and host the events.
