(Hour 3b) Mayor Ted Gatsas clarified the reasons why on his proposed amendment to the Manchester Tax Cap.

He and Rich debated increased spending and the fundamental cost drivers.

Will the Board of Mayor & Aldermen have to override the Tax Cap again next year?

(Hour 3c) Gatsas discussed the letter that he sent to the Office of Homeland Security in Concord.  Are children from the border crisis being sent to Manchester?  If so, where are they?  How old are they?  Where are their parents?  Does ANYONE in the Governor’s Office have ANY answers?

The Mayor addressed the current refugee situation here and the 200 new refugees coming from October 2014 to October 2015.
