(Hour 3b) Sid informed the listeners about how the US Department of Education spends YOUR money for Is Our Children Learning.  He and Rich talked about encouraging questions and grammatical improvement.

(Hour 3c) Rich and Sid discussed the Story Time with Rich segments.  They shared stories about interactions with Mr. Rogers, before taking a call from State Rep Victoria Sullivan.  They talked about encouraging children to read and Sid introduced the PDK Poll to the listeners.
