The Hooksett Budget Committee might mean business this time! Rich talked about what they’re doing and gave us a lesson on default budgets. He shared about budget cuts and told us about a time when he was in public office under Mayor Ray Wieczorek. He also talked to us about special education’s role in the budget issue.
