(Hour 2b) Rich talked about tonight’s Manchester School Board meeting, honing in on the variety of budgets that are popping up out of school districts within the state.  He praised a deal that took place between Londonderry and Hooksett and spoke about Superintendent Bolgen Vargas’ recommendations about Manchester’s budget.
