(Hour 1a) After talking about voter fraud issues and giving the listeners a look at this morning’s show, Rich tackled the arrest of Manchester Ward 8 Alderman Thomas Katsiantonis.  He reminded the listeners that those who are accused of crimes are innocent until proven guilty in this country and spoke about the effect that a situation like this has on the family of the accused.  Finally, he shared his opinion on Senator Jeanie Forrester’s handling of the matter.
