(Hour 1a, b) Windham School Board Vice Chairman Dennis Senibaldi told us the “rest of the story” on the no-bid contract controversy involving the energy conservation company Cenergistic.

Senibaldi responded to questions from Rich about the rush for a vote on the contract and apparent irregularities in the governmental process.
