(Hour 2a) right to knowRich talked about last night’s Manchester School Board meeting.  He pointed out that it was supposed to be a non-public session and shared why he thought that it should be public.  He talked about the Right to Know law and shared his thoughts on whether public officials should be entitled to privacy or not.  He commented on the issue that Donna Green went through.
