(Hour 1c and 2a) The Manchester School Board ratified a new contract for the Association of Manchester Principals, wrangled with student scheduling at the middle and high schools and adopted a budget.

BUT, the contract vote wasn’t unanimous and needs to go the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.  Will Mayor Ted Gatsas, who opposed the contract veto it there?  Find out why Rich thinks he might, plus Rich’s analysis for on the scheduling issues and the district’s budget.  (Believe it or not, Art Beaudry had a moment or two of sanity that Rich had to congratulate!)  OH, and how many courses are there in Manchester’s schools?!?  Oh My HEAD!
