Kimberly Morin(Hour 3b) Crossover continues in Concord, and Kimberly Morin from Examiner.com joined us to discuss the bills that concern her most.  SB 244 would require NH residents mental health records be entered into the NICS Federal database.  If passed, your second amendment rights could get revoked due to bad information.  Morin also said keep an eye on the House  Democrats who are just itching to amend other proposed legislation with gun control measures.

HB 1381 is a good bill that raised the limits for charities auctioning off of wine and liquor from $250 to $500.  Morin had details on legislation for political advertising on the internet.  Good thing or bad thing?  Let’s ask Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich, who resigned under pressure from gay rights activists after it was revealed that he donated $1,000 of his own money in 2008 to anti-gay marriage Proposition 8.

Finally, details for tonight’s Informed Women’s Network meeting in Brentwood.
