This morning it was George, a grass fed cow from the Miles Smith Farm in our own backyard.

George was sold to the Black Trumpet Bistro in Portsmouth where Laughlin recently visited.

The Quisine Queen shared some healthy eating tips that she’s learned during her fine-dining foodie travels.  Eat like a minimalist!
