Derry, N.H. (April 9, 2015) —The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce will host the 3rd Annual Greater Derry Londonderry Taste of the Town from 6 to 8pm, Thursday, April 23, at Castleton Banquet & Conference Center in Windham.

Sponsored by Enterprise Bank; Germaine & Blaszka, P.A.; Jack Daniel’s Distillery; La Carreta Mexican Restaurant; Parnell, Michels & McKay; and Peabody Funeral Homes, Taste of the Town is the Chamber’s most well-attended annual event. Last year’s event attracted more than 400 people.

Attendees of this year’s Taste of the Town event will have the opportunity to sample the wares of more than 40 food and beverage vendors from across the Derry-Londonderry region including: 603 Brewery, Amphora Restaurant, Baystate Wine & Spirits, Bellavance Beverage, Ben & Jerry’s, Cabin Fever, Circa Wines, Clam Haven, Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England, Common Man Restaurant, Culinary Capers Catering, DRAE, Edible Arrangements, Horizon Beverage Company, Jack Daniel’s Distillery, Jewell Towne Vineyards, Jim Beam, Kelsen Brewing, Klemms Bakery, La Carreta Mexican Restaurant, Lindt Chocolate, Lobster Q, Lobster Tail, Martinetti Wine and Spirits, Mr. Steer Meats, Michelle’s Totally Awesome Gourmet Popcorn, Paisano’s Pizzeria, Prociustto’s Pizza, Red Arrow Diner – Londonderry, Rig A’ Tony’s Italian Take-Out, Rockingham Brewing Company, Sabatino’s, Sam Adams, Southern Wine & Spirits,Talia’s, The Coach Stop Restaurant, The Grind Rail Trail Cafe, The Halligan Tavern, The Wine Steward, Twins Smoke Shop, Unwine’d, and Windham Junction Country Store & Kitchen.

“Taste of the Town is far and away the tastiest Chamber event each year,” said Chamber President Will Stewart. “When it comes to great food and drink, the Derry-Londonderry region has an embarrassment of riches, as those who attend this year’s Taste of the Town will discover.”

Taste of the Town tickets are $40 for Chamber members and $45 for non members. A limited number of VIP tickets—which includes a separate area with premium food, wine, beer, and a premium “swag” bag—are available for $75. To purchase tickets, visit gdlchamber.org/taste or call 432-8205.

Taste of the Town proceeds will benefit the Chamber’s Kyle B. Ross Memorial Scholarship fund, which each year provides a $1,000 post-secondary education scholarship to a graduate of a high school in the Chamber’s catchment area.
