Rich started off the segment by taking a call from Ward 10 candidate for Alderman Ray Hebert. They discussed the health benefits, the tax cap and the drug issue.
Rich then talked to us about the bureaucracy within the Manchester School Board and read a Facebook post by Manchester School District Communications Coordinator Andrea Alley.
